Learning to Give...

Grandma Chebs has been teaching the kids this week that there are others in the world that are less fortunate than us. While we will be eating Turkey, Stuffing, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin Pie etc... in a few weeks, there are some people that can not afford to put food on their table.
Yesterday after the kiddos woke up from their nap my mom took Calyn and Corry to the store to help her buy items for a family that will not be able to afford Thanksgiving. What a great lesson! Thanks Grandma Chebs for helping to teach our kids the joys of giving!
You are never to young to learn how to give!

The girls were precious and so precise as to what they wanted in the food basket for the family. On our way home from the store, the 3 of us were discussing all the yummy foods we chose for our family and how happy it would make them. Calyn stated she was ready to go to "their" house and share the food. Grandma Chebs
